If you are not completely happy with your jewelry, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and accompanied by the original receipt. Custom-made items, engraved pieces, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect in the product.
